The method

2conciliate provides the method, approach and strategy to support us in the work with modeling, analyzing and developing organizations. The method is applied and integrated in the tool 2c8 Modeling Tool.

2conciliate is the result of insights we have gained while working as consultants to develop organizations.

To model the organization is to gain understanding, create a collective understanding and to provide everyone with the same view of the current situation.
To analyze is to show humility towards other peoples insights.
To improve is to win the trust of interested parties.

We claim that modeling is "the only way" to create understanding and insights about the organization.

We claim that the most common flaw when modeling organizations is to forget to model the potential for improvements, i.e. problems, risks and possibilities.
