| Result orientation in an industrial example |
|
This is how result orientation in an industrial example would look like.
Result orientation based on requirements, goals and indicators
To fulfill requirements from our environment we can ask the question: Which processes are affected and is it necessary to define the underlying requirement structure that shows how the requirements interact in a process oriented view.
By creating the requirement structure we clarify the dependencies in the value chain. To fulfill the main requirement we must first fulfill other requirements. The defined requirements should be fulfilled by the interfaces between the processes, represented by the business objects. See "Result orientation - Interfaces"
The next step is to define goals and indicators. Below is an example where the process "manufacture products" has defined a goal and incicators to address the overall requirement which is to manufactore the correct products, in time and with sufficient quality. ![]()
