The top level of a visual management system shows the management and business processes. The organization, forums and support processes are often visualized below the business processes.

The structure is logical and the users can easily navigate the system through the different levels and get answers to the questions What?, Who? and How?.

When the management system is created and implemented we go into the maintenance phase where we can continually improve and develop the system.
