Mapping requirements and goals

The basis for defining goals is good insight into the demands and expectations of the interested parties. This allows us to identify goals, define appropriate indicators and observe adherence.

- Customers express needs that suppliers (operation) deals with and creates expected results.
- Requirements are expressed as goals that are later followed up upon by well-defined indicators.

The goals and measurements are then displayed in the process models.
