RACI

RACI means that we can clearly visualize responsibility with regards to who does what. The relations from roles, positions, individuals, forums and interested parties to processes/activities can be:

 R 

Responsible. Those responsible for doing the work required to complete the task. Can be multiple resources.

 A

Accountable. Responsible for the task being performed in the correct way. There can only be one accountable.

 C

Consulted. Whose opinion is sought after. Two-way communication.

 I

Informed. Those that should be updated when changes are made. One-way communication.
