If you get stuck or have a query, there are a number of ways to get the help you need – either you search in the user manual or the web, or you can contact us.

Be your own troubleshooter

There is of course a user manual at hand under the help menu. It is a comprehensive manual and covers all features of the tool. You can also access a web version here.

We also offer instruction videos, and we continuously add more. Frequently asked questions and answers are gathered in our FAQ. In addition to this there are guides to get you started for both 2c8 Modeling Tool and 2c8 Lite that describes the basic functionality of both programs.

E-mail and phone support

If you still cannot solve the problem, we recommend that you e-mail us your query via our form or send it to support@2c8.com. It will get sent straight to our support system and we will see to it immediately during office hours.

Remote support via Teamviewer

Click here to start a remote support session. Teamviewer will be downloaded and start up so that we are able to view your screen. Our staff will ask you for the ID and password that will show on your screen.
