A relationship model describes the relationship between one or more interested parties. In addition to the demands and counter-demands that the parties have, you also get the chance to describe which objects have are sent between the interested parties.
It can be orders, payments and complaints from the customer and delivered products and services, documents and invoices to the customer.
Objects from interested parties provide input to our processes, and objects to the interested parties are results created by our processes.
Relationship models are a direct result of the interested party model and since there are several interested parties we get a classification of the requirements that a business or a project needs to meet. You can also trace which interested parties put forward a specific requirement.
