As Alcopa Group we are active in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Germany and South Africa. Our three main areas are cars, motorbikes and office furniture. In terms of cars we manage the European import of Hyundai, Suzuki and Izusu. We are also retailers for Volvo, Opel, Chevrolet Mazda and Ford.
We are in the midst of implementing a new ERP system for the makes we import. Since the implementation entails a lot of analysis and discussions, we use 2c8 Modeling Tool to map the processes so that these can provide support for the implementation.
